The Process

Fill out Quote Form

Begin by filling out the simple free quote form. We’ll get back to you with a quote for your new site. Then you can either accept the quote as-is or reach out with questions or adjustments that you’d like to make.

Week 1: Nail Down Site Basics

We’ll create a proposed Site Architecture (layout) and a Home Page Mockup for your new site. These two assets will help make sure we’re on the same page when it comes to the overall look and layout of your site.

Week 2: Writing Content & Gathering Assets

Here's where it gets exciting! You can provide content or we’ll write content for you that aligns with your ministry’s voice. This is also where you’ll send us any pictures, videos, logos or brand assets that need to be included in the site.

Week 3 & 4: Building & Editing Site

We’ll spend the next two weeks building your site. Once it’s all done, it’ll come back to you for two rounds of edits. Then it’s launch time! The whole process from start to finish typically takes 4 weeks.

FAQs

Do I need to purchase my own domain?

While you are responsible for payment of the domain, we are happy to handle finding, purchasing and registering a domain for you if you have not already done so.

Do you provide upkeep of the site?

We offer monthly Website Maintenance for $60/month. This includes light edits and Search Engine Optimization. If you opt not to have us handle web maintenance, we do recommend paying a web professional to handle this for you.

Will I be able to make edits to my site?

The short answer? Yes! We will give you access to your WordPress portal on the backend of your site. If you’d like, we also offer a 1 hour training on making light edits to your site. However, if you’re unfamiliar with WordPress, we recommend paying a professional for more in-depth changes.

Can you build our site on Square, Wix or another drag & drop website builder?

We build all of our client sites on WordPress. While there are some benefits to these other programs, you will have a better performing and more customizable site with WordPress. Due to design limitations and performance drawbacks, we do not build sites on these platforms.

Web Hosting with Elevate

Starting at $10 for first site

It matters where you host your website. Depending on who hosts your website, you may end up with slow loading times–or even times when your site is down completely. We understand the importance of making sure your church site & resources are available whenever someone may need them. That’s why Elevate offers our own Web Hosting option on our own VPN (virtual private network). That means better site performance & better security, for a much lower price. Kind of like taking a private jet for the price of flying coach.
